vccfund.sg — Singapore Variable Capital Company guide

vccfund.sg is the Chinese-language site in the Xiaopoxian knowledge network dedicated to the Singapore Variable Capital Company (VCC), part of the HNW and private-banking cluster. It covers the vehicle itself: the VCC Act and the roles of ACRA and MAS, umbrella and sub-funds, permissible fund managers, 13O / 13U fund tax incentives and the 2026 single-family-office rules, setup and annual compliance, costs, comparison with Cayman SPCs and Luxembourg vehicles, and how VCCs fit with trusts and PPLI. Every figure carries a source and date; unverifiable figures are left out.

What this site does not do: it is not a licensed fund management company, corporate service provider or law firm; it does not register VCCs or apply for licences, recommend managers or service providers, or promise approval times or tax outcomes.

Sister sites: the English VCC guide at vccfund.com.sg; PPLI structures, carriers and fees at ppli.com.sg; family-office, private-banking and trust solutions at hnwsolution.sg; HNW overviews and personal CRS at hnw.sg; residency and the GIP at hnwi.sg. This site links to those topics rather than repeating them.

Editorial principles

  1. We compile only public material from insurers, banks, regulators and official statistics, citing source and date per item; where the source is silent, we do not infer.
  2. We separate guaranteed from non-guaranteed, fact from opinion, regulation from practice; illustrations, back-tests and past performance do not indicate future results.
  3. We do not recommend products or promise returns, approvals or tax outcomes; personalised advice is the responsibility of licensed or exempt institutions and their appointed representatives.
  4. Cross-border content states the applicable jurisdiction; readers should obtain advice in their own jurisdiction.
